@STF_oficial 4.
EXCLUSIVE: The Haitian national who went viral declaring "I'm not going back to Haiti" during his ICE arrest has now been deported there after 19 months in federal custody.
Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles also shouted "Biden forever" and cursed President Trump as Fox News cameras captured his January 2025 arrest in Massachusetts.
DHS identified Charles as a gang member with 17 criminal convictions.
An immigration judge later issued a final removal order, and ICE put Charles on a deportation flight to Haiti on Sept. 10, according to DHS.
The removal comes more than a year and a half after Charles made the prediction that ultimately proved wrong: "I'm not going back to Haiti." @foxnewspolitics

Segue o roteiro:
1) pedir as notas taquigráficas da sessão de hoje;
2) transcrever o teor da fala de Flávio Dino, onde consta, sim, com todas as letras, o VOTO dele sobre a questão de ordem em relação à reunião de julgamentos;
3) reconhecer que Dino não apenas votou, como apresentou extensa fundamentação (cínica, mas apresentou), o que torna o voto dele quanto à questão de ordem CONCLUÍDO;
4) Tornar sem efeito, a posteriori, o voto proferido por Alexandre de Moraes, por ser óbvia e diretamente interessado na causa, ou - se não tiver coragem para tanto - aplicar a regra do art. 13, IX do RISTF sobre o voto de qualidade (“desempatador”) do presidente do STF;

As @POTUS has made clear, the South African people are being failed by a government that is destroying its economy through an obsessive pursuit of racial grievance against the Afrikaner minority. The South African government has consistently failed to adequately address rural crime, violent and dehumanizing rhetoric, and race-based discriminatory policies against Afrikaners and other minority populations.
Today, I’m announcing a new visa restriction policy targeting foreign nationals who enact or enable policies that promote race-based discrimination, incite violence, or enable land confiscation without compensation in South Africa. Those responsible for these injustices have no place in the United States. https://t.co/aSTn73Punn

🇺🇸 Juror in the Lindsay Clancy case is now getting his entire family dragged into the fallout, and it is getting ugly fast.
The lone holdout who blocked Clancy's acquittal on a split 11 to 1 jury, has reportedly seen reporters descend on his relatives' homes after his identity leaked online this past weekend, even though the judge had sealed juror names.
His brother says the family cannot leave the house anymore because of how relentless the media has been.
A GiveSendGo fundraiser called "Stand With the Juror" has already pulled in more than 120,000 dollars, meant to cover security, legal costs and lost wages if things escalate further. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis publicly offered him asylum in his state if the harassment continues, slamming the coverage as a smear campaign.
Meanwhile reporters have also dug up an old restraining order tied to a family dispute, a charge that was never actually proven and was eventually dismissed.
So a man does his civil duty, votes his conscience on a triple murder case, and now his own mother cannot walk out her front door without a camera in her face.
Is this what jury duty looks like now in America?

🚨BREAKING — JUST FILED - NEW CLANCY JURY ORDER EXPLAINS THE DIFFERENCE IN WHAT’S BEING SEALED
A newly filed order in the Lindsay Clancy case temporarily impounds the venire list — the larger pool of people summoned for jury duty — for 10 days because of juror safety concerns.
This is different from the earlier order involving the actual jurors and alternates, whose identities were first sealed for a limited period and have since been reported as sealed indefinitely unless the court orders otherwise.
Judge William Sullivan says jurors were identified online, personal information was shared, at least one juror was threatened, and someone was arrested for secretly recording jurors leaving court.
The broader jury-pool list = temporarily sealed.
The actual trial jurors = now sealed indefinitely.
