Earlier today, our academy team, G2 Ares played a semi-final match at the @OfUnited21 League against @smooyacs's team fish123.

After the first map, our AWPer, Klimentii @G2kl1m Krivosheev, was falsely banned by the @AkrosAC anticheat system due to a confirmed technical malfunction.

As a result, Kl1m was blocked from continuing the match, and we were forced to field @G2LETN1, our Head Coach, as an emergency substitute. This drastically affected the outcome, resulting in a loss and placing us into the lower bracket of the event.

We have immediately reached out to AKROS support. It took over 7 hours to receive a response due to time zone differences, and only then was the error acknowledged by their team, citing a Windows API fault on their end.

In today's competitive ecosystem, these matches matter. Academy teams like ours have limited chances to compete and develop.

Having a match decided by a failed anticheat system is not acceptable. We deal with cheaters slipping through daily in online events and matchmaking, but falsely banning young talents during one of their rare chances to prove themselves is a disgrace.

We will formally request a rematch and will expect the tournament organizers to act with urgency and integrity. Competitive fairness must be protected.
