@ApplauseStoreUK I don’t know why you don’t just sell tickets and guarantee people’s seats then once the venue has reached full capacity you don’t sell anymore tickets. instead of doing it on a first come first serve basis and disappointing so many people who have travelled all the way to London.

Think they shouldn’t give away as many tickets as they do, or at least have some left over at the time it says to arrive by on the website. Let down
