So very grateful to each & everyone who helped & supported our family to raise funds for @CMRF_Crumlin ..it's a truly amazing children's hospital we have in Ireland.
Move your body every day. It is not only good for your health, it also raises your energy level, helping you accomplish more.
Some ideas:
1. Take a walk, even if it’s around the block.
2. Take a dance class. Or put music on and dance in your living room.
3. While cooking, use that time to do squats or wall push ups.
4. Do a few yoga poses, even if you need to use a chair or sofa.
5. Go for a swim, or take an aqua fit class.
About 15 years ago, after radio and chemotherapy, I was told I would probably never have kids.....
