@annonymous00011 Girl you the one who started rudeness with me!. Myanmar never claimed Thingyan is og.. neither Laos or Cambodia did.. But thai they even put unesco.. Go check google first In south east asia.. Thingyan is celebrated way more earlier than Songkran.. ဖော်ကေလော်ကိုးမရေ…
Let me explain this to those who say we just want attention with a simple example.
Imagine a company where a junior employee works on a project, but her senior steals it and presents it to the boss as his own work. The junior employee has no power or connections, so she tries to explain that the project belongs to her. But boss is biased and doesn't care about her side. Of course, the junior employee feels sad. All she can do is keep explaining and saying that it's her work, but boss still ignores them. I'm sure you've seen this kind of drama before.
That's exactly how we feel right now. We have been staying calm, but our work and culture are being used without proper recognition. We are simply asking for credit, but our voices are still not being fully heard.
We can accept that our cultures have similarities, but the Yadanabon-era clothing and the traditional candle dance are not close in terms of time period or geographical location. In this age of technology, it would be good if people could do some research online and check the facts before making claims.

To Khun Thai & International Fans of Scarlet Heart TH, please spare a few moments to read this. 🙏
As stated in the joint statement we released this morning, all of us share the same position. At this point, we are waiting for the series to air, hoping that proper on-screen credits will be provided to acknowledge Myanmar's cultural heritage.
From the beginning, our goal has been to seek a clear explanation from GMMTV regarding the use of Myanmar cultural elements and to request proper on-screen credits for our cultural heritage. Our position remains unchanged.
This is not the stance of TayTawan Myanmar alone, but a shared position agreed upon by the Myanmar fanbases of artists involved in the series, as well as fanbases of other artists. So, we would like to clarify that those leaving comments under GMMTV's posts or other artists' posts about matters unrelated to the series or insults do not belong to our fan communities.
They do not represent our Myanmar fan communities and are acting on their own behalf. We kindly ask everyone to keep this in mind should you come across such comments, as these actions are not associated with us.🙏
Our decision and position have already been fully explained in the joint statement. Thank you so much.

We even joined the “Hello Thailand” trend just because we love you guys so much, but you took from our culture and used it in your series without even asking us or acknowledging us?
It honestly hurts to realize that the love and support we’ve given you aren’t being returned in the same way. . 💔
