Now, this time, I'm not concerned with the arguments surrounding the Number Plate& tracking etc.
My question is policy issue:
Why did government not consider giving a Ugandan-Wavamunno a RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL(ROFR)? Or require a joint venture with him by whoever else was coming in because he had a standing contract of making numbers.
I would wish Parliament went beyond just the operational aspects TO AWARDING OF THE CONTRACT. WHAT WAS THE PROCESS LIKE? Can it hear from Mr. WAVAMUNNO?
He’s a musician, footballer, boxer and influencer. What a young man. He’s not fazed by the buzz around his love life or celebrity style. He’s making multiple streams of income to change his background & inspire many a young people in society. What an inspiration we have! @RickmanManrick
He ruled Uganda for just eight years, yet his legacy continues to spark debate decades later. Feared by many, Idi Amin’s rule was marked by violence, uncertainty and dramatic political change. But how did a former boxer rise to become one of Africa’s most controversial rulers?
I renew my appeal for an end to the ongoing violence against the Palestinian civilian population in the West Bank, and I urgently call on the international community to work toward advancing the two-state solution, for a just and lasting peace.
I'm not taking sides in this woe but since kasuku declined to host @EvelynMic_ it's only right for me to share this video here so everyone can know Evelyn's side of the story
