@DharRenuka@mssakshinarula Ever been to the lounge in Delhi Airport or for that matter in Heathrow or Zurich ? If only I could tell the tales of uncouth uncivil behavior.
@shekharkapur You trick baiting people with your post ? You just can’t recommend one trick pony . You would not pick him for Mr India if you were to remake it now. Would you?
Back door entry of Article 35A in J&K.
This is to draw attention of all to the gender discrimination still happening in the UT of J&K.
Article 14, 15 and 16 guarantees gender equality as a fundamental right under the Indian Constitution. But in J& K 35 A which was abrogated in 2019 (by the Reorganisation Act of 2019. ) has made a back door entry to discriminate against the women of JK.
During the 1990 Genocide of Kashmiri Hindus in J&K, 5 lac Kashimiri Hindus fled the valley to save their lives &honour. Today the daughters of these kashmiri hindu families living outside J&K are married to non jk domicile holders in other states of India. Audacity is that the husbands and children of these women are deprived of all rights whereas a kashmiri man married to a non jk domicile woman of any state gets all rights to job inhertance, a domicile ,etc in jk for himself ,his wife and children.
We had made several representations regarding this gender discrimination to the concerned officials and
the file has reached Chief Minister, Shri Omar Abhdullah’s office, but he has sent it back asking for more clarification. I am concerned that the Valley's J&K system routinely delays decisions by passing files from one dept to another without reaching any conclusion.
This worries me that citizens eventually give up their pursuit of justice due to fatigue and frustration.
So request all women to come forward and support JK women against this gender discrimination in the UT of J&K

I am a Kashmiri Pandit migrant who was forced to leave Kashmir in 1990, enduring the same pain and displacement as thousands of others. However, I have been denied a migration certificate due to a technicality……my husband’s family was posted in Jammu at that time and did not register as migrants, believing others were more in need.
Despite my lived reality as a migrant, I am being excluded from rightful recognition. I have made multiple attempts with the concerned authorities, but am informed that such cases are pending.
Today, I seek your intervention not for myself, but for my daughter. A migration certificate would significantly support her educational opportunities.
This is a humble request for justice and consideration.

@venkatsastry@sushantsareen I suffered the terrorism first hand. How about swapping places with with me. Come spend a night in exile in a tent with me . I will fund you. Deal ?
@Victoryvox@RinainDC@sailorshinde@AnnCoulter Not sure where you are barging in from . In US guns remain legal despite overwhelming data, while caste discrimination — where the evidentiary record is none and contested — is being pushed toward prohibition. What are you smoking eh?
@RinainDC@sailorshinde@AnnCoulter Everything is a ramble and rage bait unless evidence based. People who wildly claim stuff don’t give proof. Let’s ask them - how is caste system impacting USA ..with data please!
