THIS IS HOW KENYA CAN BE A DEVELOPED NATION
1. End Corruption & genuinely .. No one should bribe to get public tender. And no one must bribe to be paid contract dues. No one should pay to see the President or any other public official.
2. Wealth declarations by all public officials from the President to the tea girl be made available online. Source of the money for the assets be made available in the same portal. Public officials wealth must match public salaries.
3. Senior public officials including the President, DP, all Cabinet Ministers, PSes, CEOs, MPs, Senators, Governors, MCAs et al must never trade with Government in any way.
4. Let salaries of Police, teachers & doctors begin with minimum salary Kshs. 150,000/= . For these three categories, we must attract our brightest.
5. Leaders must take responsibility for moral lapses. Leadership should not be a refugee of moral perverts & degenerates. There should be no whiff of scandal. A leader must be like Caesar’s wife!
6. Strengthen & equip the education system from kindergarten to University to be one that incubates curiosity, invention, creativity, patriotism, knowledge & integrity. Let the system reward hard work & cognitive intelligence.
7. Infrastructure like roads, railway lines, ports, power supply et al should connect the whole country without political favourism or bias. Development should never be tangled for votes.
8. Make Kenya self sufficient in food with surplus for export. A well fed & nourished Kenyan is good to focus on building posterity for all. A hungry or malnourished Kenyan is focused on surviving the next day & not bothered about any legacy.
Anything outside above, is aimed to excite gullible Kenyans to vote in the next General Elections.
A woman can leave.
Money can leave.
Friends can leave.
Status can leave.
But a man who knows himself can rebuild from the ruins.
Because the strongest man is not the man who never collapses.
The strongest man is the man who rises from the ruins with his soul intact.
9 RULES THAT WILL MAKE YOU UNSTOPPABLE
1. Control your emotions — if they can’t trigger you, they can’t control you.
2. Say less — silence is power, mystery moves more than noise.
3. Protect your time — it’s your most valuable currency.
4. Never beg for attention — purpose attracts, desperation repels.
5. Master the pause — reactions are weak, responses are power.
6. Don’t share every goal — build in silence, announce with results.
7. Know when to walk away — peace is stronger than pride.
8. Outgrow your old self — comfort zones kill potential.
9. Keep your standards high — even if it means standing alone.
Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27
Men,
Pray for your fellow men.
I do this every morning.
Men are silently in pain.
A man might look jovial but, he is in pain, tears, betrayal, struggles, and wasted years.
If we hold a man's hand, and light up his dream, we are lighting up the future.

@DearS_o_n 9 Fundamental rules of life
1. Talk slowly
2. Observe more
3. Speak less
4. Trust no one
5. Always prioritize your health
6. Never stop self educating
7. Control your ego, urges and anger
8. Smile more & quit worrying
9. Family over everything
ALCOHOL is the biggest threat to the human family.
It weakens the man.
It frustrates the woman.
It traumatises children.
It breaks families.
ALCOHOL is a demon, and must be condemned and shunned.
ALCOHOL IS BAD.
Stop doing sit-ups and crunches, thinking you will lose weight and get rid of your big stomach.
You will injure your back and impinge your pelvic girdle.
Do the following instead:
• Fix your diet and eating habits. This is important. 80% of your results are influenced by nutritional behaviour.
• Walk 10K steps daily. This is easy, sustainable, slow, but effective.
• Lift weights. Functional workouts trigger muscles to burn fat. This makes you lose fat while you sleep.
• NEAT. This means Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. Example: Doing physical domestic chores eg laundering, cleaning, sweeping or cooking.
• Sleep. This lowers stress hormones that block fat loss and therefore, you lose visceral fat while you sleep
• Cook your meals at home. This helps you to track the quality and quantity of the food you eat.
Simple.
Don't complicate your life by doing things that won't add value to your overall health and wellness goals.

5. Go on interviews
6. Stop working at 5.
7. Decline a meeting
8. Take Personal time
9. Don't work during lunch
10. Have high expectations.
11. Make massive mistakes.
12. Disagree with their boss.
13. Prioritize their mental health.
14. Hold co-workers accountable.
BREAKING NEWS TO ALL EMPLOYEES:
1. Build a home early. Rural or urban—own something. Building a house at 45 is not an achievement. Government and company houses create dangerous comfort. Your family deserves memories in your home, not borrowed walls.
2. Go home. Don’t live at work all year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you die today, your role will be advertised tomorrow. Operations will continue. Your family should come first—always.
3. Stop chasing promotions. Chase mastery. Be excellent at what you do. If promotion comes, fine. If it doesn’t, your personal growth should never depend on corporate approval.
4. Avoid office gossip like poison. Nothing destroys careers faster than loose talk. Don’t bond over backbiting bosses or colleagues. Stay away from gatherings where people—not progress—are the agenda.
5. Never compete with your boss. You’ll burn your fingers. Don’t compete with colleagues either—you’ll fry your brain. Compete with who you were yesterday.
6. Have a side income. Salary alone will not sustain you long-term. That truth hurts—but it’s real.
7. Save automatically. If money doesn’t leave your payslip without your consent, you will never save it.
8. Borrow to invest, not to impress. Loans should change your situation, not your image. Buy luxury from profits—not debt.
9. Keep your life private. Your marriage, family, and personal struggles do not belong at work. This is not optional—it’s survival.
10. Be loyal to yourself first. Hanging around your boss will isolate you from colleagues—and when your boss leaves, you may be dumped with them.
11. Plan retirement the day you get employed. The second-best time is today. By 38–45, have an exit plan.
12. Join workplace welfare groups—and be active. They matter more than you think when life hits unexpectedly.
13. Use leave days wisely. What you do on leave reflects how you’ll live after retirement. If all you do is sit with a remote watching series, don’t expect a different retirement.
14. Start projects while still employed. Retire to run a business, not to start one. Most pensioners fail because they do it the wrong way around.
15. Pension money is not capital. It’s survival money. It’s for healthcare and upkeep—not school fees, luxury, or impulsive decisions.
16. Don’t become a retirement warning story. Be the example that makes colleagues want to retire, not fear it.
17. Retire while you still have energy. Late retirement steals family time. Many retirees can’t adjust and keep job-hunting until death. That’s tragic—and avoidable.
18. Retire into your community. Company and government housing disconnect you from society. Adjusting later is harder than people admit.
19. Never confuse benefits with security. Employment benefits are comfort traps. When you retire, no one calls you “boss” unless you built something real.
20. You will retire—voluntarily or involuntarily. Prepare early or pay painfully.
Dear son,
• Wake up; 5 AM.
• 100 push-ups
• Sit and write.
• Take a cold shower.
• Reconnect with God.
Then go outside.
Never stay indoors all day.
Go out, make friends, and create new connections.
A man's job is to face the world, take risks, and embrace difficulties.
If you announce your dream and plans too soon, you invite three kinds of people:
• Parasites
• Predators
• Pretenders
Therefore, guard your dream and plans.
Work in silence.
