absolutely wild to me that she says what I thought, except she's in the literal show, and the writers/production should've taken her feedback seriously if they didn't want the main character to come off as a sexist asshole
Taylor Dearden discusses Robby's dismissiveness of women on season 2 of The Pitt for The Wrap:
“ I noticed the whole time, and there are conversations I had with other cast members being like, “Wow, OK.” We’re not in the writers’ room. We don’t know exactly what they were thinking or wanting to show. If it wasn’t purposeful, then it’s like, “Hey! Notice the feedback?” That’s really good for everyone to know that this is also what sexism looks like. It doesn’t have to be someone who hates women.
And if it was purposeful, then what a great way to show a fallible character, someone that you love also being a fucked-up person and having really, really bad ideas in his head. At least from my perspective, Robby’s whole journey this season, this guy’s brain is not working the way it should. It’s showing what depression and PTSD look like.”
@meepimoopi same!! I’m still a little apprehensive since that’s her boss and there’s a clear power imbalance but I feel they have handled that fairly well, I’m rooting for them.
not suitable for work doing an entire episode about how “capable ladies are hot” made barf. I was a lil endeared by davis but that attitude is yikessss. I’m all in for AJ and Bill tho.
…no. it’s to have the best of the best among national teams. the point is to watch the highest quality of football games. this 48 teams nonsense is against the spirit of the World Cup.

Josh Hutcherson says the new #HungerGames movies won’t become “some odd spin-off that loses itself” because “it’s the whole same group of people” making them:
“And, unfortunately, it’s still a very timely issue with authoritarian governments and uprisings. Young people need to be educated.”
Elizabeth Banks adds: “I heard Maya Hawke say, ‘I’m down to be in some anti-fascist propaganda.’ And I was like, ‘Hell yeah!’”
