ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! America now wants India to hand over Lawrence Bishnoi in the Nijjar case? 🤣
The same America that sheltered David HEADLEY.
- The INHUMANE BUTCHER behind 26/11 Mumbai blasts.
They refused extradition because of their shady 'Cooperation Agreement'?!
Hypocritical mob! One day you cuddle terrorists, next day you lecture the world & demand others like it's your father's property!🤡
India must say a BIG NO. NO EXTRADITION. ZERO.
We won't bend to your whims and fancies. Stop dictating world order, you arrogant clowns!
I worked in Punjab as a journalist during the peak of militancy. Later in my career, I headed the Punjab Cell in the CBI, which had, in its past, investigated cases of fake encounters as well as the assassination of Sardar Beant Singh.
Those experiences gave me a rare opportunity to see both sides of that tragic period. They taught me that any honest account of those years must acknowledge both sides of the story.
And that is exactly my concern with Satluj: not what it shows, but what it leaves out. It tells only half the truth; the other half is left unsaid, deliberately, and with a purpose.
The film decontextualizes Jaswant Singh Khalra and the human rights debate from the Pakistan-backed, brutal Khalistani insurgency. This omission is neither an innocent creative choice nor an inadvertent one. And, in my view, the intent behind such a selective portrayal should matter to every Indian.

Ethanol will hurt the BJP electorally, not because of car owners, the are just 8% of the population, but because of bike owners, who make up 60%.
Every issue with a bike, irrespective of whether it's due to ethanol or not, is being blamed on ethanol. Remember that the overwhelming majority of car and bike mechanics are not your voters and, in fact, they hate you and you know why. They are actively telling anyone with any bike issue that it is due to ethanol. Not only does it serve a political purpose, but it is also easy and convincing.
Car and bike dealers are equally happy to lean into this excuse because it completely deflects blame away from the manufacturers and their own service centers. If a part fails prematurely or a vehicle suffers from a chronic engineering defect, blaming ethanol allows dealers to shift the responsibility onto government policy rather than admitting to poor build quality or honoring warranty claims. It gives them a convenient, politically charged scapegoat that customers readily accept, shielding the automotive brands from reputational damage.
It's up to the BJP to smell the coffee. The issue is no longer on Twitter and no longer raised just by English-speaking metro car owners. It has gone to the ground. There is still time to wake up and make corrections.
P.S. I'm not defending ethanol here. It does damage engines and parts. I've been strongly opposing it and will keep doing so. I'm only saying what's happening on the ground. The BJP should do a course correction on ethanol solely because its implementation was wrong and correcting it is only logical. However, since politicians see every controversy from the standpoint of electoral gains and losses, I'm telling them that it will hurt them electorally too.
@Reuters You guys are the lowest of the low. Even a pickpocket has more integrity and ethics than Reuters. Your reporters are Paki islamists. You know that very well and using them for your propaganda shows your true face. Go fuck yourselves
Probably a good time to change national policy on energy security with a bill in parliament. State that since access to energy is a fundamental right, the government cannot discriminate between suppliers, so long as they do not pose a direct military threat to the country. This would ensure the government does not recognize foreign sanctions on energy trade.
Deeply shocking to read this official US statement, which contains absolutely no expression of regret or condolence for the loss of innocent Indian lives. How can a “friend” and strategic partner be so deeply insensitive?
Why couldn’t a non-compliant commercial vessel have been stopped using other, non-lethal means? Is it not possible to disable a ship's propulsion or steering without firing missiles targeted to kill civilian crew members?
Practically every merchant ship navigating these crucial waters has Indian crew on board. Are they all considered fair game for US missiles now?
This approach is unacceptable and I hope @DrSJaishankar had said so to @marcorubio.
The American government says governments around the world cannot restrict market access for their Big Tech companies. It will consider that as a violation of "free trade." In the current CUSMA negotiations with Canada the Americans told them restrictions on American big tech even in the form of an under 16 ban could be considered a violation.
But the Americans can restrict access to their technology whenever they feel like it. This is why eventually everyone has to become big and powerful because life at the end of it all is just a dick measuring contest.
Indian Muslims giving no fuck about Pakistani Army butchering innocent Kashmiri Muslims in POK
Indian Muslims feel sad and sympathetic only for Gaza and Tehran. WHY?
Chief Ministers who boycotted NITI Aayog meetings in the past: Stalin, Mamata, Kejriwal, Siddaramaiah and Pinarayi Vijayan are all gone!
Pm Modi is destiny's child!

France24’s focus on the Cockroach Janta Party is extremely interesting. I believe their journalists were present at Jantar Mantar today too.
I have a little hitherto untold story about their anti-India and anti-Modi propaganda is. The story is from 2023 and a UNESCO event.
In 2023, a UNESCO event was meant to be held in Paris. Its focus was the safety of women journalists. I was invited as a speaker.
A preliminary discussion was held (this is after my tickets were booked) with a France24 journalist for “onboarding” - this was at the organisers behest.
During the discussion, this France24 journalist from Turkey asked me how I had been persecuted. I spoke extensively about my West Bengal experience.
She asked me if I held Modi responsible. I told her that I was persecuted by Mamata Banerjee, an opposition leader. I told her about the rampant violence in India by Islamists and how, while a Samuel Patty becomes international news, a Kanhaiya Lal doesn’t.
We spoke about the UNESCO report “chilling” and I told her how it’s not representative of India or women journalists. Not only does it not mention India, but it focuses on a handful of women journalists, not the unnamed, unseen hundreds.
Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly wanted me to blame Modi. I didn’t. Throughout the conversation she asked me about how violence had increased after Modi came to power. I asked her how Modi could be held responsible for violence by those radical elements who opposed him and wanted to break India up.
I was told by @rahulroushan that I erred. I shouldn’t have been so forthcoming at the outset, but at the event itself.
He was right. The event was supposedly cancelled.
I was informed informally by some ppl in the know that the France24 journalist and Muslim organisations had rallied to get me uninvited. Since that wasn’t possible without it turning into a PR nightmare, they cancelled the event.
It’s truly easy to become an international face. Just abuse modi. That’s precisely what this is about. And this experience is how I know just how spineless people like Saurav Das are. They sold their country for 15 seconds of fame and money.
