Why I removed the desks from my school
In my school @eseschool I eliminated all the desks, the professor's desk and the student's desk, because I don't believe you can teach something to somebody else.
That is violence. That is a crime: to instill something. All of that stuff is second-hand knowledge, false ideas, obsolete notions. To instill that into a young man, a young woman, is a crime. That is poison.
There is no distance in my school. Because a student is coming with a very precious material: his, her youth. Freshness. Creativity.
We should pay the students to come to the school.
And the schools as they are, the universities as they are, will fail in a couple of decades. They will disappear, if they do not change.

In my school we tell our students: never, never beg for a job.
You come out of the @eseschool , but never go around begging for a job. You are the creator. You cannot be an employee.

Salary is a drug. Don't go around to have a salary, because you will depend upon somebody else, and you will just get disappointed and sad.
Then try to be free — because you yourself are free.
Just remember.

Salary gives the illusion of safety while quietly enslaving your freedom. You cling to it as a lifeline, yet it is nothing but a chain, binding you to routines and compromises that bury your true calling.

The first step toward a more attentive, more conscious civilization is not the accumulation of power, but liberation from fear. A society that does not fear death could finally invest all its energy in creativity, in art, in competitive pursuits, in contemplation, in silence, in the expansion of Being. It could develop technologies that are unthinkable today, not to dominate, but to understand; not to replace the human, but to serve it, elevate it, or even love it.

Q:. If reality is a projection rather than an external fact, how could we live outside ourselves?

A:. Once you realize that you contain the world, and not the other way around, a profound implication follows: nothing can be hidden.

Remember, you cannot hide.
The world is there to tell you the truth about yourself, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Whatever you do not want to see, acknowledge, or touch within yourself, the world reveals it in time.
When you avoid seeing what is taking place within, the world, acting as a mirror, exposes your absence. It reveals where you are unaware, where you are disconnected from yourself. Yet, in the end, you blame the world for your misfortunes. The projection, however, always points back to its source. What confronts you outside cannot be separated from what remains unattended within. You alone are responsible for what is happening ‘out there’.

The Salary Illusion

Salary is an addiction, is a drug that you yourself create to escape responsibility and forget your dream. Each paycheck is a dose that buys temporary relief while stealing the urgency to create, to risk, to rise. What seems like stability is often dependency: a golden chain that ties your destiny to someone else’s vision. It subtly offers you the illusion of stability while quietly chaining you to a life designed by others.

To awaken, you must break the spell. Cast away the narcotic of the “secure” salary and reclaim the raw power of creation. Then responsibility ceases to be a burden and reveals itself as the highest privilege: the command of the Dreamer who shapes his own reality.
