@milboriv@soulsilverart It’s almost certainly not getting a Hidden Ability, but I really hope it does. Tough Claws would be perfect for a base Golisopod Ability. I mean, did you see how he was moving in the anime? Dude’s able to block, redirect, and cut Z-Moves in half.
@soulsilverart On that note, Golisopod should’ve gotten a Hidden Ability that was actually good. Because at least when it was introduced in Gen 7 it would be hard to find one with a Hidden Ability.
@soulsilverart Even if it doesn’t make sense, I’m kinda hoping they give Mega Golisopod Water Bubble or Heat Proof 😂. He’s been suffering with a bad ability for so long, let him be broken as he was always meant to be. Tough Claws is fine too I guess, just not Wimp Out/Emergency Exit again.
@Ezecool1@_uzumachi@khazarAntlers Except when Megas inevitably go away in future games/when they’re out in the competitive season. Then it’s just a regular Meganium which is still just meh.
@_uzumachi@Ezecool1@khazarAntlers Doesn’t have to be your favorite for you to be upset it gets no love bruh. As an example, be #30 on your overal ranking of all 1000+ Pokémon. Not your “favorite” but it could still be one you like.
@_uzumachi@Ezecool1@khazarAntlers Quaquaval could only compete with Meganium perhaps at the bottom of the barrel, not touching those past C-tier 😂. You’re kidding yourself if you think Blastoise is bad, just mad Quaquaval gets no love.
@SirKopster@pokemon_daily So a “common man” is not considered a “normal thing”? Even if we ignore that, does that make: Ditto, Porygon, Castform (3 man made Pokémon) and Meloetta (a humanoid Pokémon) just normal things like a dog, rat, or bird?
@Serom974@pokemon_daily Might honestly be the only valid potential explanation, but I’ve seen that fan theory go around for a while. It’d be cool if that was the actual reason, but it’s most likely a retroactive explanation. They probably only did it that way for balance reasons.
