Unacceptable service experience at Rockville MD @Tesla. Was told minor repair, 3 days. Multiple texts, emails, voicemails after those 3 days with zero response, not even "we're still working on it". This is not the service I expected. 1 week+, still nothing. @elonmusk

@dowdyism re: #asktpa about color correction on ink reviews:using col-o-ring cards is the best because they're consistent and then you can compare with the cards that you make yourself. So it's good when reviewers use common inks as comparisons.
