@RachaelMaskell once again practice nurses not even mentioned during your interview on Sky News. We are integral to primary care and feel invisible. Please listen to us and speak up for us. Without practice nurses the whole primary care system would collapse.

@virginmedia been on hold for an hour, got through and the guy said he couldn't connect me to the right team and he would call back....no call! My bill is being increased by Β£50!!!! Would like to speak to someone please???
@virginmedia Hi, yes, was told he would call straight back...he never did. I have finally spoken to someone, she was actually very rude and I have now put in a complaint so will wait for someone to call. I have now reluctantly given my 30 days notice having been with virgin more 10 yrs
@skynewsniall disappointed with your comment this morning that GP surgeries "aren't doing much at the moment" speaking as a practice nurse I can assure you that we have been working flat out delivering primary care throughout the pandemic including the current mass flu clinics.
@virginmedia Also, since enquiring about different packages, our kids channels have disappeared. Really not happy having been a customer since telewest days
@virginmedia We were told last week we could not have the oomph package due to credit checks, despite having 5* credit rating, have since been told that we now can have it after sorting a different package as a substitute. Spent hours and hours trying to sort this and now can't get through.
