this makes me so happy seeing an older woman play Wuthering Waves — i always believed wuthering waves is for all age groups..doesn't matter if you are in college, uni, middle aged, married or someone in their 50s or beyond
please show this lady some love
I kind of already had a feeling about her past when I first watched her character showcase video. I could tell her childhood wasn’t normal. I was so focused on her breathtaking beauty at the start, her stunning charm and elegance that she carries so effortlessly. Yet behind it all, she’s been hurting deeply and struggling just to hold herself together every single day. The quest peeled back the layers on the Fiscalia family’s fucked up tradition, abducting young girls from poor families. Cantarella was one of them, forced to carry the weight of a legacy that was never truly hers. She and her "sisters" endured unimaginable trials from such a young age, horrific things, endless suffering, and pressure that no child should ever face. They were supposed to be reading storybooks and playing outside, but instead their childhoods were brutally stripped away, replaced by pain and survival. It was heartbreaking. If it wasn’t for her sharp intellect kicking in from the very beginning, she and her sisters probably wouldn’t have made it. She sacrificed so much, her innocence, her freedom, pieces of herself just to protect them and endure. The ending of her quest wasn’t what I expected at all, but it left me emotional anyway...
