@kiwicom247 I really don’t understand what is this horrible behaviour that you are not responding at all anywhere. Not on help desk, not on calls, not on social media! It’s been months since I have not got my refund. In spite of paying extra which I shouldn’t have. Pls respond!

@kiwicom247 In case when flights are canceled, the refund is supposed to be immediate but this experience is just so horrible. And I can't call customer care because my flight is not within 2 days. What is this system even!

@kiwicom247 My flights got canceled. I applied for a priority refund (which I shouldn't need to) because a "normal" refund would take 3 months. Till last month helpdesk was responding but not anymore. It's been more than 3 months now but I don't have my refund yet!
