My @maxfashionindia parcel was to reach me at Binnaguri after Jalpaiguri. But it reached Guwahati on 06 April and since then it’s being received at Guwahati only everyday.

My wife and daughter travelled in Malwa express train no 12919 from Ujjain to Pathankot, PNR 8929776585, Coach No A1, berth NO 49 & 51. The train started from Ujjain on 04 Feb 26. On 05 Feb 26 near Tughlaqabad railway station an unauthorised person entered the Coach and stole the hand bag containing Mobile phone , Gold jewellery and Cash. She immediately called on 139 to lodge the complain, ASI Dharmendar came at Sonipat to register the complain but FIR was not registered. After some time rail madad had closed the complain without providing any resolution ( screen shot of SMS attached ),  I also registered the e FIR with delhi police ( FIR SMS copy attached). Since no FIR was registered by Railways I again called at 139 they again closed the complain without providing any resolution ( screen shot attached ).
There are few questions to be answered by Railways

Why RPF SI has not registered the FIR ?
we have been told that register the complain with GRP, Is railway expecting the passenger to leave the train and go to GRP station to register the complain?
My wife travelling in a train and I am away on duty at a remote location, Who will go to GRP police station to register the FIR?
How an unauthorised person entered the A1 coach
What about the safety of Women and children in a train?
Now two days have passed Police and railway not even able to track the culprit even he is having a stolen mobile phone.
I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter

WAR ON THE EASTERN FRONT: 13 DEC 1971
For the planners at Eastern Army at all levels, the Race to Dacca was a race against time.
In the Eastern Sector, reorganisation of forces was undertaken, for operations in Dacca . 3 PUNJAB continued its advance from Sadipur ferry and captured Daadpur position, just short of Sylhet. 59 Mountain Bde advanced from Fenchuganj to Magla Bazar and captured it early this day and then continued to lead towards Sylhet. In Ashuganj Sector, troops advanced from Berpa to Demra and contacted the enemy there.
In the South Western Sector, #IndianArmy secured Syamganj enroute to Khulna. The route to Khulna was defended stubbornly by the enemy through a number of delaying positions while advancing towards Kamarkhali.
In the North Western Sector, 21 RAJPUT captured Khansama in a daring daytime attack. Own forces advanced towards Bogra and contacted its defences by evening. Forces were also ordered to capture Rangpur at the earliest.
In the Central Sector, own forces, advanced from Tangail to Kaliakair and captured it by night.
Meanwhile, Pakistani Army and Government officials in Eastern & Western Pakistan were exchanging frantic signals worried about their fate and recommending surrender while those in West Pakistan trying to reassure them of external support and exhorting them to fight.
Barring a few sectors, the Indian Army continued to advance in all sectors.

दक्षिण-पश्चिमी सेक्टर में, भारतीय सेना ने Khulna की दिशा में बढ़ते हुए श्यामगंज पर नियंत्रण स्थापित किया। कमरखली की ओर अग्रिम के दौरान दुश्मन ने कई विलंबकारी मोर्चों के माध्यम से डटकर बचाव किया।
उत्तर-पश्चिमी सेक्टर में, 21 RAJPUT ने खांसामा पर कब्ज़ा किया. भारतीय सेना ने बोगरा की ओर बढ़ते हुए शाम तक उसकी Defences से संपर्क कर लिया। सैनिकों को जल्द से जल्द रंगपुर कब्ज़े में लेने का भी आदेश दिया गया। केंद्रीय सेक्टर में, हमारी सेनाएँ Tangail से आगे बढ़कर Kaliakair पहुँचीं और रात तक उसे कब्ज़े में ले लिया।
इसी बीच, पूर्वी और पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान में पाकिस्तानी सेना एवं सरकारी अधिकारी लगातार चिंतित संदेशों का आदान–प्रदान कर रहे थे—पूर्व में मौजूद अधिकारी आत्मसमर्पण की सिफारिश कर रहे थे, जबकि पश्चिम में बैठे लोग उन्हें बाहरी समर्थन का आश्वासन देकर लड़ाई जारी रखने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहे थे।
कुछ चुनिंदा क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर, भारतीय सेना सभी सेक्टरों में तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ती रही।

- complete income tax and edu cess
- pay for their own insurance to the govt
- pay license fee (rent) for the quarter
- rent for 30 yrs old furniture (which is often termite ridden or broken).
- water and electricity bill.

Update: Flood Relief in Jammu and Pathankot Region

The #IndianArmy has deployed 13 flood relief and rescue columns in #HADR operations in response to the massive floods in Jammu and Pathankot regions. Demonstrating swift and coordinated effort, the columns are tirelessly working in inclement weather conditions to save lives.

The dedicated efforts of the #HADR columns in coordination with civil administration have resulted in the successful evacuation of 635 citizens, including 12 #BSF and 22 #CRPF personnel.

The #IndianArmy remains committed to provide all necessary assistance and support to ensure the safety of all citizens in this time of crisis.
