It’s biased judgement. Your seller is acting fraudulently. He has got the oven picked up from my apartment and denies reaching his warehouse. As a customer, my responsibility was to hand it over to the pickup guys which I did. So now you sought out between you and the seller. CCTV evidence attached in the post.
In the link which you shared, Pooja connected with me and she said someone will get back to me., that's it.. and she disconnects.. this shows your lacking the accountability.. Your seller #authorisedsellerin is following unethical and unfair business practices. Guys who delivered it on 24 March, came to pick up on 30 March and i have CCTV screenshots of them coming empty handed and returning with the oven. Now if the person who picked up is fraud or your seller is fraud, its upto you to investigate. Why I have been made to wait for your unaccountible mechanism..

- Item picked up by seller on 30 March 2026 (although I was not given return receipt, I had confirmed multiple times on your app)
- 6 days later, seller is openly lying and denying the pickup
- A-to-Z claim wrongly denied
- Now absurdly demanding I return a product already picked up weeks ago
This shows blatant seller protection, gross negligence, and total disregard for customer rights.
I demand immediate reversal of the denied A-to-Z claim and full refund within 48 hours.**
If you fail to resolve this, I will file a consumer court complaint and issue a legal notice without further notice.

Team what is this? You guys get the product picked up but don’t give return receipt, luckily I had CCTV footage proving it is picked up. And now you don’t want to process the refund. Is this the way you guys work? I’m been cooperating by sharing all the necessary information but you guys blatantly deny refund. What more do you require?
Done, ask your team to clarify below pointers to me -
1. Why did the seller ship different model to me in the first place?
2. Why doesn't your app - Order details page update accordingly that the oven is requested for replacement or refund?
3. Why didn't the seller acknowledge that he hasn't received the product very next day when I informed him on the amazon app on March 30?
4. Why did the seller take 6 days to provide an update? And why was he asking me to contact you guys for the same?
5. After sharing the screenshots, your team is blatantly stating that on March 30th, they were at my doorsteps to deliver replacement. But the actual story is they came and picked up the oven.
6. Now, your team is stating that they were at my apartment to deliver the replacement while I had contacted Amazon CS for refund and A-to-Z claim was raised on 30th March around 5 PM.
