I feel cheated by @Dell @DellCares I bought a Dell G15 in 2022. It started malfunctioning within a month. I repeatedly asked for a motherboard replacement but they refused. Now the motherboard has failed, and they're asking me to pay nearly half the laptop's cost to replace it.

My G15 5511 laptop is of just over 3 Years old. And the motherboard got failed. Now they’re asking me to pay half of the new laptop price just to replace the mother board.
I always had issues with this laptop.

Since today, I am unable to make any transactions on my account. I have spent hours talking to ur customer service team, none of them could figure out the exact reason for this issue. Horrible service and experience! I want this to be fixed asap!
