but under this current system, there are not just "good cops" and "bad cops". they are all encouraged to be bad with the policies, training, and foundation of the police system.

MPD is only about 150 years old. it changed then, it can change now!

these supposed "good cops" need to be fired and reapply for the new system.
in the meantime, it will be a gradual process of combing the current safety system with the new and needed one
