@wmata I called & no one at Metro Access calls or texts to say hey you don’t have to sit there waiting while everyone else is picked up and driving home. Not our fault we don’t say hey you get an Uber to cause no one at the base can come get you on the scheduled time line

@wmata Guess what again I’m the only passenger that lives in Gaithersburg with a pick up window of 11:30 pm - to 12 leaving the Department of Energy. Everyone else lives in Germantown & gets an Uber notification. Not me! I’m waiting not till I call do I know anything

7 years with Erie Insurance Montgomery Village. I canceled July 2024. Rental Insurance usually cost me $269 a year sometimes a little higher now I have moved on &I’m paying $122 for the year with State Farm’s insurance.

Then out of the sky they decided to charge me for $174 and tell me I have an order coming on 7/25/24. Ready Fresh if you don’t give me back my $174 & wait till I call you to tell you when I need water we still got 10 gallons left out of the 40 bottles.

So 2x I got charged for the free 20 gallons that they delivered . But didn’t want to come back for. after I called and said I have 40 gallons of water here. I’m not a fish you’re not charge me for this shit. I talk to person after person.

@qn215 @OzarkaSpringWtr You too I ordered 20 gallons then they brought another 20 gallons then they try to charge me for the 20 gallons that they didn’t want to pick up they did this twice and now they took out $174 out of my account and made an appointment for delivery for 20 gallonsordered that shit

@wmata so if I didn’t call at 11:52 PM and found out from the operator are you ready to be picked up now? I would’ve been still sitting out here waiting for MetroAccess vehicle that was never going to come when somebody could’ve called me to say I’m gonna send you a link.

@wmata Fact .. so there are 5people that works Night Shift that takes MetroAccess four of the five gets Uber f5 days a week. I am the only one that ends up on Twitter complaining about not knowing what kind of ride or where it was at 12:09 AM

@wmata so it’s July 10 at 12:09 AM I ‘m still sitting here waiting for a MetroAccess vehicle. If I didn’t call & ask What kind of ride am I looking for operator says are you ready to be pickedup?? What? So no link no nothing to say a Uber is coming for you.

@wmata so from the June 23, when I received a call promising me Uber‘s to get to - from my locations now it is July 9 and we’re back on the same old bowl so if you all have planned to send me a Uber, how is the customer supposed to have known that if you don’t send a link?

@wmata I am the only one here at 11:53 PM like I was the only one picked up las today at 12 midnight that lives close to the MetroAccess base. But then again I am the last person picked up all the other people that live in Germantown Maryland. They get Ubers to get home.

@wmata at 11:52 PM I was asked am I ready for my pick up through Uber if I had known or I got a link that says that I was getting a Uber I will not be sitting here at 11:52 with the 11 minute wait time and the promise was broken
