Definitely not intended and was a happy accident haha! I was concerned on how it would flow with character poses. The background that Mads sketched was so perfect we rolled with it.
aalso this might be a nothingburger tweet but i really enjoy the visual flow of the toonfest 2024 poster because it doesn't repeat departments as you follow down each line. like the leftmost line has a lawbot boss, cashbot hq, and sellbot rangers. etc.

Thinking about my senior portfolio review by professionals and one of them said they don’t hire people who do the art style like TTR (lineless and shaded) and I need to remove it. Literally a month later I had a company I applied to asked if I would make more art just like that.
like 6 years ago i went to a lecture from some people from dreamworks and the director (?) who was there said she doesn't hire anyone with dragons in their portfolio. what did this mean
