I am so tired….
People like me speak out because children are dying
Not Israeli children
Not Palestinian children
Just children. Innocent. Terrified. Gone.
We’re not politicians. We don’t have power
We’re just doing our best to call out a genocide
This isn’t about “taking sides”
It’s about taking a stand for humanity and for the basic principle that no child should be bombed, burned alive or starved
So when we speak out and are met with accusations of antisemitism, and
when our grief is twisted, our intent questioned, and when we are called terrorist sympathisers because we can’t bear to see another lifeless little body
It’s not just offensive
It’s f*cking depressing
We’re not driven by hate
We’re driven by horror
And we’re using the only tools we have - our words, our platforms, and our refusal to look away
Because if we don’t speak now,
we become the silence that history will condemn.
@DawnNeesom@AdrianPBrewer@WestHam My brothers and I (now in our 70/80s) have been Hammers fans since childhood, all the glory days and also the humour and banter at Upton Park when we were up against it. Seems very characterless and grim at the Stadium according to my grandsons.
Hey @JuliaLopezMP 🙋 Will you attend the Westminster Hall debate on the UK's trading relationship with the EU on 24th April? #HeyMP@BestForBritain https://t.co/n4vi4rZdyw
After a photograph of a terrorist holding the body of Shani Luc, who was kidnapped into Gaza on October 7, won a prestigious award in an international photo competition, Shani Nicole's grandmother responded:
"My dead granddaughter has been featured in a photograph that won a prestigious photo contest,
and the world is silent!!!
My granddaughter's body, after she was brutally murdered and taken to Gaza as a symbol of victory, is being displayed for public viewing.
And the world is silent!!!
My granddaughter's body, after vile killers broke her bones to force her into a van—a body that was full of life, love, and light just hours before—was thrown like a victory trophy to terrorists and vile photographers.
And the world is silent!!!
My beautiful, dead granddaughter, surrounded by three bloodthirsty assassins. This is the "heroic" photo that won first place in a prestigious photo contest.
And the world is silent.
And I am screaming—are you???
When, in the history of photography, has a photo of a corpse won a prize?
How much more pain can we endure?
Three people shouting "Allahu Akbar," one despicable photographer, and my crushed granddaughter.
And the world is silent.
And the world is silent.
And the world is silent."
As Charlotte would say, “If you don’t ask, you’ll never know.”
Are there any celebrities out there who would be willing to donate to a small, self-funding charity?
Our charity works directly with King’s College Hospital, London, funding vital research into brain tumors. Did you know: Brain tumors kill more under-40s than any other cancer, yet they receive the least funding.
Because we work so closely with King’s, we keep donors informed about how every donation is spent.
This charity was set up in memory of my 19-year-old daughter, Charlotte. She wasn’t a celebrity—just an ordinary individual dealt a harsh card, when, at age 16, she was diagnosed with what was to begin with a grade 3 brain tumour.
Charlotte passed away at 19 years 5 days, but her story lives on, and so does her impact. You can read more about her on our website:

If you feel you can’t donate, a simple RT would mean the world to us.
With heartfelt thanks. Alex (Charlotte's Mum)
TODAY IS #HumanRightsDay
Thank you everyone for sending this film to 900,000 views🙏
Let’s make it a million and send a message that Human Rights are universal & non- negotiable
@KayBurley@Guto_Harri Today, among many other articles, I read these two - and yet you have spent most of the morning debating an idiot bloke. Where is the proportion?
@tonyblackburn Yes, I was a child in the 50s, lovely gentle time when we were grateful to be able to recover from the war. Then a teen in 60s London, everything was fun and we stopped dressing and dancing like our parents. Great memories.
