@AXParisUK trying to return an item opting for store credit but there is no option for this. Tried to exchange for an item that says out of stock. Unless I buy it first. It's in stock then. Absolutely appalling to charge £6.95 to return something as you have made it impossible

What the hell? My original delivery time was between 8.10 and 12.10. Now its gone past that you've changed it to before 6pm. I have a life. I can not be staying in all day for you to keep changing delivery times. Appalling setvice
@FedExEurope has to be the worst bloody courier in the UK. Parcel supposed to be here 0900 -1320. Its now 1358. Pathetic. Just wasted 5 hours of my life waiting for you

Hi I sent an email on 30th December regarding damaged goods. It was an online order with store collection. Was advised to send email to customer Services as unable to issue refund in store. As yet I haven't heard anything back from yourselves.
