@KalleSorbo I would say it's mostly cultural. If you get past that, the houses aren't built for it, and window units don't work with their windows, is ugly, and carries social shame. Portable could work, but it's inefficient.

Nobody that works there is looking for a liberal white knight to save them. They're pretty happy w the opportunities at the company
