We read on our smartphones on-the-go every day, but walking can affect our abilities to consume information. In our #CHI2025 work, we quantify the impact of walking on mobile reading, and compare automatic system adaptations with user customizations for mitigating these impacts.

I wonder why the biases in that slide were not even acknowledged, and were instead described as "irrelevant" and causing "unintended negative associations". If that's truly the case, I might as well describe every AI bias as an "unintended negative association" in the future.
