@Londonist Another vanity project by @MayorofLondon. Agree that the current traffic is hideous down Oxford Street. Doesn't help with the pedicab drivers hogging the streets. The traffic will just be dispersed to neighbouring streets, the ones going North/South of Oxford Street.
