@JusttheBottle Southern and Northern Rhône blends. GPS is a modified GSM, but since we don't grow mourvèdre, we substituted Petite Sirah. Think we got it about right. #ncwinechat, #ncwine, @ncwineguys

@JusttheBottle All we grow are Rhône varietals. Spent 2 decades in Europe and Africa and fell in love with wines from the Rhône. Our terroir is sandy loam, with lots of limestone and granite. Seems to work ok with Rhône varietals after 15 years.

@NCWineGuys It's our attempt to create a real, old-world GSM from Rhône Valley. Think we may have gotten close, it not right on the mark. More fruit-forward than most Rhone wines, but perfect with grilled or roasted meats. #NCWineChat #ncwine
