1. Untuk skema hedging by AP, terutama naked short, ada batas waktunya. maksimal T+1 berdasarkan SHO.
2. Memang benar kalau AP bisa hedging posisi dengan futures position. Tapi kalau untuk creation unit baru di ETF, tidak bisa menggunakan kontrak futures. Harus melalui custodian wallet (Coinbase custody). Jadi harus ada unit BTC asli di custodian wallet. Artinya, AP wajib beli spot position apapun yang terjadi.
3. Kalaupun ada manipulasi di market dari AP, tidak mungkin bertahan lama karena adanya maximum period settlement tadi.

Jadi kalau bilang karena in-kind transaction bisa punya fleksibilitas untuk AP melakukan manipulasi terus2an adalah pernyataan yang sangat misleading.

@kyledoops People could be wrong saying Warsh is hawkish. Warsh is very close to the Trump family and I think Trump want a chairman who can show flexibility and can be “controlled”. Won’t be surprised if Warsh will be far more dovish compared with other candidate
