Is it not the introduction of outside culture and the understanding of mental health. Yes diet and lifestyle plays a massive role.

@JohnJCrace You don’t need to apologise for my feelings. Yes ask the difficult questions, don’t use it as an opportunity to bash. The WW2 is not a relevant comparison. Besides who would you suggest as a replacement? The policies and measures are good, they gave us choice, shame we messed up.
