I’m so sorry that I have to say this, but I’ve been witnessing and hearing about things like this multiple times, at multiple stops. I’ve also experienced it firsthand myself. Please take this as constructive feedback, coming from a good place and genuine intention for you to improve.

I didn’t say that interacting with familiar fans is prohibited. You can absolutely interact with them, they love you, and they deserve it. No one blames them for that. But as an idol, you should have self-awareness about how you treat different fans differently. Other, less familiar faces love you too… they just don’t get the chance to see you as often. Please treat us equally. That’s the only thing I ask for, as a fan and as a consumer.

For the members who treat every fan equally, regardless of whether they’re familiar faces or even holding your name sign or not, I’m truly grateful. Please keep up this standard of being such a kind and genuine idol.

wait until they look around searching for someone they know, and purposely skip over you even though you’re also right there, supporting them

wait until you and the people around you shout their name, but they have their in-ear on, unbothered, only for you to see them take it off just to hear their favorite fans better and hold a whole conversation with them

wait until multiple moments of mistreatment keep happening in such a short time

and that’s when you realize it’s not just about “getting interactions.” it’s about how and why you become completely invisible in the eyes of someone you love

that’s when you start to wonder whether your love for them is too little compared to those who keep getting noticed

when other members can take a second to say hi without you even asking, why does someone choose to treat you that way?
