The ruling Democratic Party says it asked the NEC for response measures on what happened at voting booths today. It mentions people have to wait dozens of minutes in cold weather to cast their votes but does not discuss any other issues we now see on the internet. Strange.

Update: Main opposition People Power Party is visiting the NEC office in Gwacheon to officially complain on the issue. Its floor leader called the NEC "incompetent" for being "reckless in managing the votes."
