- all 10 members sent a letter to the cha gawon (CGW) last february notifying that they will terminate their exclusive contract with the reason of breach of contract and breakdown of trust.
- they tried to reach an agreement for a month but eventually negotiations fell through
- the boyz asked for a record of the contract and settlement documents but CGW couldn't provide it nor an explanation as to why. During their negotiations, CGW was said to say something in the tone of the members have to pay a penalty for terminating their contract.
- the boyz carried on with their schedule for the whole month to keep their promises to fans then eventually decided to terminate the contract.
- new decided to stay, his reason for is personal and will not be disclosed.
- cgw is trying to dispute the contract but the grounds for the terminatjon are undisputable.
