🎙️ NEW C3 RECRUITS PODCAST DROPS TODAY!

How should athletes communicate with college coaches—and what mistakes should they avoid?

This month, Damon Lessler, Head Baseball Coach at Johnson University, joins me to talk about communicating effectively throughout the recruiting process. We dive into:

⚾ The do’s and don’ts of communicating with coaches
📧 What coaches want to see in recruiting emails
📱 Texting and phone call etiquette
🚫 Common pet peeves that can hurt your recruitment
💬 How to communicate confidently and authentically
🎯 Ways to make a positive impression beyond your ability on the field

Communication matters. Coaches aren’t just evaluating you as a player—they’re trying to determine if you’re someone they want in their program.
