@MOYERS30@GameStop Yeah I agree. I’ve been trying to keep people as updated as possible as to what’s going on with my order! I know everyone’s experience is different but any information may help.
@MOYERS30@GameStop Idk if me calling in and asking to speak to a supervisor did anything. She said she emailed the supervisor about my order because they were tied up with another customer and couldn’t take the call. A few hrs later I got a shipping confirmation from GameStop.

@GameStop Update: Just got off the phone with GameStop customer service and was told all orders that were placed on the 12th will be shipping out no later than Monday! Apparently there was a shipping delay because of the volume of orders and higher ups confirmed a 12/21 shipping date!
@Mw3killer0214 @AnthonyBercham @GameStop Download the FedEx app and once you sign in, it should be the first thing you see assuming they created a shipping label for it.
@Mw3killer0214 @AnthonyBercham @GameStop Create a FedEx account and it will tell you what packages are currently inbound to your home. It will say GameStop as the sender.
