@CPitawanichKGW @Jake_E_Consig @MultCoSO @pdxalerts Duh Jake. Don’t you know that the media is ALWAYS accurate about EVERYTHING? You should totally trust the media to be the gatekeeper for accurate news.
@solomonout@OPB So after @VancouverPDUSA blocked most media & all citizens access to ROUTINE police radio chatter, he’s suddenly concerned about transparency? It took 4 ppl getting shot in 6 weeks to see that VPD is the least trusted agency in WA? And mayor @AnneOgle does nothing to fix it
@wsdot_sw There are terrible ruts in the road on SR500 near Stapleton Rd where they just did construction. It's dangerous! Especially when its slippery.
We used to be able to really trust the police in @PacificGroveCA, but now they’ve blocked citizens access to basic/routine scanner traffic. In an era where #transparency is so important, this harmful policy is a step backwards
@AnneOgle@aftopper@AnneOgle This sounds a whole lot like your police dept. We are the only area in the state that encrypts all police radios, despite the obvious danger to the public, lack of transparency, and disservice to the community. @ACLU_WA https://t.co/vluBTjmkPd
@fox12oregon Wow, News out of @VancouverUS? I thought @AnneOgle outlawed all news in that city for "officer safety purposes". Oh wait... this doesn't involve their racist, over-reactive, non-transparent police department so I guess it's ok...
@pdxalerts @funempradio@GregNibler@sarahxdylan I'm not surprised that it was Sarah. Truthfully, the only surprising part is that someone allowed her into a church...
@BlunderBusket @JanetBa75339773 @tedwheeler@FoxNews Meanwhile, in @VancouverUS, the cops have blocked citizens access to scanners & safety info & spent millions of tax payer dollars to do it. But @JoeyRockstone doesn't care about that? How about you go protest Mayor @AnneOgle and let Portland citizens worry about Portland

@koop6972@JohnLegere@TMobile I left Sprint after 7 years, tried Cricket, then Verizon for a year (good signal , but slow data/bad voice quality) and finally settled on #TMobile. 10 years later, I’m still very happy!
@ACLU_WA The leaders in @VancouverUS have ignored the community’s concerns about this harmful policy. We are now being charged money by the local media to obtain online info on thing happening in our own neighborhoods. This is a huge disservice to citizens!
@AnneOgle Citizens are genuinely concerned w/ the police encryption policy & handling of info in #VanWa. We are NOT receiving timely #SafetyAlerts or communication from VPD. People of color are terrified (now more than ever) of VPD! This has to end #PoliceReform#BlackLivesMatter
@Jake_E_Consig @AnneOgle@LWhite32542242 You know a local group that opposes the @VancouverUS ENC policy? Since VPD is the only agency in Clark with its own channel, how can we petition the city to provide a 10min delayed feed like other cities have done? I know at least 20 ppl right now who will sign
