we are looking for a permanent solution. It’s discouraging to continue paying for services while residents are left without reliable electricity. This situation is completely out of hand.

@CityTshwane old Lotus was left in the dark for 36 hours. Now again power off @ 10am.. this CANNOT be our life again this winter.. memorandum was delivered last year. Feedback was that the budget was out and cables will be moved from underground.
