Doing an AMA with @karl_dot_tech and @optimism on the 30th about B2B2C, which is a boring acronym for the most interesting gap in this industry.
Businesses want onchain settlement. They do not want to think about reconciliation, accounting exports, compliance workflows, or how money gets in and out. Those are the parts nobody demos at a conference and the parts every deal actually dies on.
Which means there is a list of unglamorous products that businesses would pay for today and almost nobody is building. I want to go through that list out loud.
Also covering what changed for builders now that we migrated onto the OP Stack, and what we are doing at Devcon.

Working in Web3 marketing taught me something:
A brand shouldn't just broadcast messages and wait for attention.
It should be part of the community.
Good content gives people a reason to follow you.
Good replies give them a chance to discover you.
A brand can post every day and still feel invisible on X.
Sometimes the problem isn't the content.
It's that nobody sees you participating in the conversation.
Here's why replies matter more than most brands realize.
The biggest mistake? Treating replies like a numbers game.
100 generic comments won't build a recognizable brand.
10 relevant, thoughtful, or genuinely funny replies might do much more.
It's not about being everywhere. It's about being worth noticing.
AGREEMENT ISNโT THE POINT.
You donโt need an AI agent that agrees with every pred you want to make.
A different view can be more useful when it shows context or information you may have missed.
The final call stays yours.
