Vodafone Ghana increases prices to give us this awful service and NCA will be clapping and saying things are working because they forced MTN to charge more and limit the areas MTN FBB is rolled out?

In Ghana, regulators seem to make our lives worse.

How did a broadband request lead to an SMS about contact info updated? You have my FBB details list it in the SMS. PLUS I was promised a call in 4 Hours (not 48 I confirmed). No one called so what is this SMS for? Someone closing the ticket with nothing done?

@VodafoneGhana @Askvodafonegh I received this SMS in this era where our phone numbers have been tied to our National ID, linked to all our financial accounts.

I call customer service worried and they tell me it must be a request I made on my broadband which triggered this
