@AskVirginMoney can u pls help me? My VM iOS app hasn’t worked correctly since end of Dec - a constant loop of face recognition to log me in, immediately leaving the app, then repeat. I have reinstalled the app, updated iOS, no joy. Is this a known issue or just me?

@EmmaMattress Ordered an Emma Original +extras on 26/06/18 based on the @WhichUK review, & your #100dayfreetrial. We didn't like the mattress, so returned it 18/07/18. We have only been refunded £35, still awaiting the rest despite several emails! #poorcustomerservice #unhappy
