No we're not. 🇺🇸
$100 Bn to Ukraine = $300 per person.
The lesson of World War I, World War II, the Cold War, and Putin's past expansionary invasions is that when great power dictators start to expand, they don't stop themselves.
If Ukraine loses, Poland is next, as Putin himself has said for over a decade now. And after Poland, Germany. At some point, we will need to step in, and that will be much more expensive.
Would War II cost the US $28,000 per person and 400,000 American lives. $300 per person and zero American lives is a pretty good price for World War Insurance.
And that's before you even get to the moral argument about helping a free people and a sovereign nation defend themselves from a foreign invader. Or the fact that most of the weapons we've lease-lent Ukraine are old, some were even scheduled for scrap.

@JoshEakle Yes!
And threatening to cause a civil war playing make believe that this is a good faith seek for asylum, or that the US is the only country that can provide asylum clearly encapsulate just some of what is wrong with today's Democratic Party.
Who hurt you?
Or has life not turned out as you would have hoped?
Blame your dad for not preparing you for life.
Or blame yourself for never taking ownership of your life on your own.
Just don't blame the least populous minorities in the world. Or anyone else for that matter.
As long as everything is someone else's fault, you'll never get what you want out of life.
Better days are ahead as soon as you own your next moment, surely slowly, but surely still.
God bless ✝️
I think this is a misnomer. They all actively promote and ignore stories and facts to fit their audience and their narratives, but Fox probably does this the least. (To be clear their views aren't mine, I'm just giving credit where it's due.) I've seen quantitative analysis to back this up as well.
CNN and MSNBC are pretty similar in what they cover, just a different aesthetic. Fox covers stories and facts the others will ignore (and vice versa), making them the most important of the three of you want a fuller picture.
But if you're getting your news from cable TV, your already effed anyway 🤣
@dababy0617@ShitpostGate Hilarious (or maybe sad?) that you have such strong opinions about people you've never met or even seen? Opinions without your own experience. You must be very easy to manipulate. Your brain must not work very well.
