@zomatocare @Paytmcare @Paytm I made 2 payments on 19 Sept via Paytm UPI Lite for Zomato orders. Both orders were cancelled. Zomato says refunds were issued and shared reference numbers. Paytm says the payments were successful and asks me to contact Zomato. Please resolve this.

@Paytmcare @Paytm Gift call from customer service , he doesn't have full information ,not even the tarsaction amount and the solution is after payment done paytm doesn't involve in refund ,it's bank's and merchant responsibility. @Paytm . Seriously.

Both refunds are still not credited. Zomato provided refund reference numbers, while Paytm says the original payments were successful and directs me back to Zomato.
