As for Vanta, I talked about how “I do what I can, and I can what I do” is powerful even as a joke, bc it helps dealing with mi anxiety, like thinking about what we can(‘t) control, and gave it back to him, to let’s not being too harsh on ourselves etc so it’s a warm convo 🥰
