@BarredinDC Actually this is pretty normal for big matches. Irish Channel, home of @DCSpurs, asks people not to bring Arsenal supporting friends to their twice-a-year clashes.
@DCCirculator Hey, do you actually have any busses on the Mt. Pleasant route tonight? Supposed to be every 10 min, but the 5:51, 6:01, and 6:11 busses are vapor, and your real-time system is down.
@cherrybonbovi @FavianRenkel@CoreyClayton 60% of restaurants fail in the first year, and 80% within 5. It's not a high profit business for most.
I could see not giving passes to national chains, but supporting local businesses with discounted or free season passes is smart.
@actfortransit @MDSHA Please make these images more readable - use shapes instead of dots and text labels. You also have a red/green color blindness issue.
@DiscoDan1111@DouglasHz@MLSist If you're a Gooner this side of the pond and never get to see them, a scrimmage against a team 2 levels down is cool. Just like if you're an LAFC fan living in England, and they scrimmaged against some League 2 players, you'd be excited to see them too.
@MLS_Buzz @CodyRaich How is it less stress if my wife can't leave the house without me and if my gay cousin comes to visit he could be executed for existing? That's quite the whitewash you're going with.
@math_rtf @MLSist Sure, if you're going to/from South America, MIA is easier than FLL as a connection. Flying point-to-point domestically? Stay away from MIA.
@mattadler81 Based on my last visits there, there's a lot of shitty pizza in NYC, and a DC Jumbo Slice is just as good as a NYC $1 slice (they both suck). Andy's is up there with good NYC joints, as is CSNY in Rockville.
@MLS_Buzz A lot of the food at DC United's Audi Field was curated by the great chef and humanitarian Jose Andres. I'd put the Arepas and Pupusas up against any stadium food anywhere, and they're about $12 (and season ticket holders get discounts).
