According to psychology some people will never reach out and speak to you again because they don't have the maturity to cope with the fact that they did you wrong and you didn't deserve it. Since they lack accountability, they will create a made-up narrative about you so they don't feel bad about themselves.
It's selfish to enter someone's life, see that they're a loving, cheerful, and good person, and decide to ruin their present because you haven't dealt with your own issues. Leave people alone if you have no intention of showing up with sincerity.
for me, it was a realisation.
i had already survived every man i was convinced i wouldn’t survive. every relationship that felt like my entire world, i got through it. i was fine.
then i built my world around someone new, and that ended too, and i was fine again.
and eventually something clicked like, there will always be another man willing to become my whole world if i let him. which means the scarcity i kept feeling was never real. i manufactured it every time by treating each one like he was the last.
so i realised, you don’t decenter men by deciding they’re not worth it. you decenter them the moment you realise you were always going to be okay without them. and that’s the point i reached.
You cannot repair a relationship with someone who insists the real problem is always your reaction, never their behavior. They focus on how you spoke, how loud you got, or how emotional you became, while completely ignoring the disrespect, neglect, or hurtful actions that caused your response in the first place. This pattern turns every conflict into your fault. It blocks any chance of genuine healing. Real progress in a relationship requires accountability from both sides.
We need to have a conversation about how dangerous jealous women can be. There are women who will literally ruin your life or harm you because they are seething with envy. Anytime I see jealousy in another woman, I take it seriously. Keep it away from me.
I think the best thing I’m learning as an adult is to ignore people. When you realize people say & do weird & evil things to get a reaction out of you , you learn that silence is more powerful than proving a point. No response is the loudest response. The moment you respond people start feeling important & think they bigger than the program but I control the traffic.
The love you receive from someone who knows how to be alone is the most sincere there is.
A solitary soul loves you by choice, not out of a need for company.
FOREVERRRRRRRR praying that i get my fairytale ending.. the dream career. the financial freedom. the friends. the family. the peace. the love... just everything that i truly and genuinely deserve
Unfortunately, I am a girl who takes words to heart ! So yes, I remember every little thing you said & it stuck with me, whether it was good or bad !
You actually don't need a perfect partner. You need someone who can regulate their emotions, admit when they fucķ up, and actually sit with uncomfortable conversations WITHOUT shutting down, flipping it on you, or throwing low blows every time shiť gets real.
This is also why people don’t often apologise unless they want you back in their lives and don’t believe they owe apologies to people they no longer want to engage with. People view apologies as a way back in rather than an acknowledgment of the pain you caused them and a showcase of remorse and accountability.
Ngl a woman cannot be your peace if you're not providing the environment for her to provide the peace. Stop expecting from a woman that you constantly are giving problems, challenges and you're not providing a safe space for her. Peace is present where security is found.
