पुणे में 'छात्रों की गूँज' के दौरान महाराष्ट्र के छात्रों ने अपनी पूरी समस्या मेरे सामने रखी थी - पेपर लीक, रुकी भर्तियाँ, महँगी पढ़ाई, बदहाल हॉस्टल, ज़हर जैसा खाना, और DBT में धोखाधड़ी।

मैंने मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस से कहा था - MPSC में सुधार कीजिए, परीक्षा व्यवस्था पारदर्शी बनाइए, इन बच्चों की सुनिए।

कुछ नहीं हुआ। इसीलिए आज वही छात्र पुणे में सत्याग्रह पर बैठे हैं।

उनकी मांगे साफ़ हैं:
→ MPSC अध्यक्ष इस्तीफ़ा दें, और उनकी जगह एक ईमानदार, योग्य अधिकारी आए
→ 70,000+ ख़ाली सरकारी पद तुरंत भरे जाएं

ये मांगे नाजायज़ नहीं हैं। इन पर कार्रवाई चाहिए - आश्वासन नहीं।

महाराष्ट्र स्पर्धा परीक्षा समन्वय समिति ने अपना आंदोलन 'सत्याग्रह' पर दर्ज किया।

युवा कांग्रेस और NSUI इस आंदोलन के साथ लगातार खड़े थे - उनसे कहा है कि छात्रों की मांगे पूरी होने तक उनके साथ कंधे से कंधा मिला कर लड़ते रहना। मैं ये मुद्दा महाराष्ट्र सरकार के सामने फिर से उठाकर इसके स्थायी समाधान की मांग करूंगा।

जो संस्था छात्रों का भविष्य तय करती है, उस पर क़ब्ज़ा कर लिया गया है। हम इसे ऐसे ही नहीं चलने देंगे।

DID JAISHANKAR’S MEA SECRETLY SACRIFICE INDIA’S AUTONOMY TO THE U.S ?
While the Ministry of External Affairs adopts a fake, hyper-nationalist posture for domestic TV news channels, the actual diplomatic paper trail since 2019 reveals complete, humiliating subservience to Washington.
The reality is simple: External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has compromised India's foreign policy because his own immediate family members hold US citizenship and live in the United States.
It is impossible to protect India's national dignity when the architect of its foreign policy is personally compromised by the very superpower dictating terms to New Delhi. That is exactly why India is not in a position to release a single press note condemning the U.S., no matter what insults are hurled at the nation.
The 10 Strategic and Economic Capitulations
When Washington snaps its fingers, Jaishankar breaks his own domestic policies, betrays Indian farmers, and dumps long-term strategic allies without a second thought:
Iranian Oil Surrender: India completely zeroed out all crude imports from Iran on U.S. command, destroying its own energy security and losing lucrative credit terms.
The Russian Oil Collapse: After the U.S. slapped a punitive 25% tariff penalty on India, New Delhi panicked, slashing Russian oil imports below 20% and signing a submissive trade deal linking tariff relief to energy decoupling.
Dismantling Farm Protections: India unilaterally slashed import duties on U.S. agricultural demands—including tree nuts, fresh fruits, and poultry—betraying its own protected domestic farming sectors.
Chabahar Port Stagnation: India froze its multimillion-dollar infrastructure investments in its sovereign gateway to Central Asia (Iran's Chabahar Port) under U.S. secondary sanctions pressure, effectively killing the corridor.
The Intelligence Submission: Following a U.S. Department of Justice indictment, India quietly submitted to Washington’s demands by launching an internal probe into its own sovereign intelligence operations.
The Laptop Ban Retreat: India instantly withdrew its "Make in India" restrictive IT hardware import licensing regime within weeks of receiving sharp pushback from the U.S. Trade Representative.
WTO Dispute Surrender: India terminated all six outstanding disputes against the U.S. at the WTO and dropped retaliatory tariffs during PM Modi's state visit, getting absolutely nothing in return.
Data Privacy Dilution: The Indian government gutted strict mandatory local data-storage rules from early drafts of its Data Protection bill just to accommodate the operational demands of Silicon Valley tech giants.
S-400 Payment Freeze: Under U.S. CAATSA pressure, India halted dollar-denominated payments for its pre-existing Russian missile defense system, triggering massive delivery delays while shifting billions to U.S. hardware.
UN Voting Shifts: India abandoned its traditional non-aligned heritage and "strategic ambiguity" at the United Nations, actively aligning its votes with U.S. geopolitical priorities to safeguard technology ties.

The 5 Sovereign Insults India Swallowed Without a Press Note
When the U.S. establishment directly insults India or kills its citizens, Jaishankar’s MEA remains absolutely silent, refusing to issue even a basic written note of condemnation:

The Political Career Threat: Donald Trump patronisingly stated he didn't want to "destroy Modi's political career" by misinterpreting their ties. The MEA issued zero formal written responses, brushing off the blatant disrespect.
The "Dead Economy" Insult: Trump publicly branded India a "dead economy" alongside Russia. The MEA withheld any official diplomatic demarche, leaving the rebuttal to meek verbal statements from economic officials.
Operation Sindhoor Deception: Trump publicly claimed credit on social media for unilaterally brokering the India-Pakistan truce using tariff threats. The MEA refused to issue a formal press note of condemnation, only denying it orally when cornered in Parliament.

The Sailor Deaths Cover-up: When U.S. naval strikes killed three Indian seafarers on a commercial vessel, Secretary of State Marco Rubio aggressively defended the strike with zero remorse. The MEA kept its anger confined to private meetings, issuing no public document to hold the U.S. accountable.
Handcuffed Deportations: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security paraded undocumented Indian nationals in physical restraints and handcuffs during mass deportations. The Indian government submissively cooperated with the logistics, offering no human rights protests.

CONCLUSION :
The asymmetry is undeniable. India launches aggressive media wars and expels diplomats against middle powers like Canada, but actively suppresses its own voice when dealing with the U.S. Under Jaishankar, Indian foreign policy has traded sovereign dignity for strategic dependence, ensuring that when Washington dictates, New Delhi complies.
It is surprised to see opposition never raised this serious issue even after so many clear surrenders !!

During the hearing, Chief Justice of India Surya Kant made strong observations on the actions of the government and the Delhi Police:

🔹 The administration must ensure that the movement of the general public is not brought to a standstill.

🔹 Our concern is for students and the thousands of people who travel from far and wide to Delhi every day to earn their livelihood.

🔹 The government and the Delhi Police cannot bring everything to a halt.

🔹Justice Bagchi observed that train services can be regulated, but they cannot be shut down.

🔺The Modi government cannot hold an entire city hostage. We will not allow this dictatorship to go unchecked. The Congress will fight back at every step and stand firmly with citizens to protect their rights and freedom.

दिल्ली में 57 मेट्रो स्टेशन बंद किए जा रहे हैं। ट्रेनें बंद की जा रही हैं, जगह-जगह बैरिकेड लगाकर रास्ते रोके जा रहे हैं। इसकी वजह से नागरिकों को बहुत परेशानी हो रही है।

आज नागरिकों की इसी परेशानी को लेकर कांग्रेस लॉ डिपार्टमेंट के हेड और सांसद @DrAMSinghvi जी सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचे। इस दौरान यूथ कांग्रेस के प्रतिनिधि भी वहां मौजूद रहे।

मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान CJI सूर्यकांत ने सरकार और दिल्ली पुलिस की कार्रवाई पर सख्त टिप्पणी की है। CJI ने कहा: 👇

• प्रशासन तय करे कि आम जनता की आवाजाही ठप न हो

• हमारी चिंता स्टूडेंट्स के साथ उन हजारों यात्रियों के बारे में है, जो दूर-दूर से दिल्ली में रोजी-रोटी कमाने आते हैं

• सरकार और दिल्ली पुलिस यहां पर सबकुछ रोक नहीं सकती

• वहीं, जस्टिस बागची ने कहा कि ट्रेनों की आवाजाही को कंट्रोल कर सकते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें बंद नहीं कर सकते

मोदी सरकार की इस तानाशाही को हम चलने नहीं देंगे। कांग्रेस मजबूती के साथ हर लड़ाई लड़ेगी और नागरिकों को उनके अधिकार दिलाकर रहेगी।

वोटर लिस्ट से किसी का नाम काटने के लिए फॉर्म-7 भरना होता है।

इस फॉर्म में वजह लिखनी जरूरी होती है, जैसे - व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई, शिफ्ट हो गया, नाम दो बार है, आदि। मतलब बिना वजह बताए नाम नहीं काटा जा सकता।

लेकिन...

⦿ यूपी में SIR के दौरान चुनाव आयोग के सॉफ्टवेयर ने करीब 85,854 फॉर्म-7 ऑटोमैटिक जेनरेट कर दिए

⦿ खास बात है कि इन फॉर्म पर कोई वजह दर्ज नहीं थी और अधिकारियों के डिजिटल साइन भी थे

⦿ इसके अलावा बड़ी संख्या में ऐसे फॉर्म-7 भी भरे गए, जिसपर शिकायत करने वाले का नाम एक ही होता

- जैसे गोंडा की तरबगंज विधानसभा सीट पर 'रेशमा' नाम से एक ही दिन, एक ही बूथ के 188 लोगों के खिलाफ फॉर्म-7 भर दिए गए। इसमें ज्यादातर मुस्लिम वोटर्स थे। खास बात ये कि कोई नहीं जानता शिकायत करने वाली 'रेशमा' कौन है?

साफ है- ज्ञानेश ने मोदी के आदेश पर जमकर 'वोट चोरी' की है।

SIR, EVM या चुनाव आयोग का सॉफ्टवेयर - ये सब 'वोट चोरी' के औजार बन चुके हैं।

चुनाव आयोग पर मोदी ने पूरा कब्जा जमा लिया है और लोकतंत्र का भ्रम बनाए रखने के लिए illegal चुनाव कराए जा रहे हैं।

लेकिन जनता सच जान चुकी है, सारा खेल खुल चुका है। अब वोट चोरों का हिसाब होगा।
