@NETGEAR hello, I have Nighthawk X6S AC3600 (R7960P), I recently received an email about an important security firmware update from Netgear and have been trying to get the router updated. However, it's not getting updated through any method and I feel like a sitting duck.

@NETGEAR I have tried updating firmware through night hawk app, through the web ui, by downloading the firmware on PC, extracting it and then having router update from the file but none of that has worked.

@Macys impossible to get hold of anyone on phone, no one is available to respond on email, a generic response for DM is shown to everyone, but no one is responding there as well.

@madebygoogle I updated my PIxel 3 XL ystrdy to Q build QP1A.190711.020.C3 and have fllwng:

1. Home button is not wrkng
2. Phone is not getting started without entering boot loader
3. Notification not accessible, it is not scrolling down
4. All phone preferences have been reset.

@PiyushGoyal train 14258 cancelled without any notice or information to passengers. Passengers were left to find the surprise for themselves at railway station. Any improvements on mummification/notification will be helpful.
