This Memorial Day, let’s remember the men and women who sacrificed everything for the people they served with and the country they loved. We owe them all an enormous debt of gratitude.
Always remember, the only person that has to believe in you, is YOU. Dont allow others to dictate what you do or how you do it. Stay locked in on the goal, and hold yourself to a high standard. God has everything else!

Hank Aaron was one of the best baseball players we’ve ever seen and one of the strongest people I’ve ever met. Michelle and I send our thoughts and prayers to the Aaron family and everyone who was inspired by this unassuming man and his towering example.
Thank you to everyone who came out to participate in our #MLKDay Unity March! Not only did our players and staff come out in full force, but so did our administration, multiple @BearkatSports programs, and members of our school and community! Thank you to all! #EatEmUpKats

BLACK LIVES MATTER! ✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
Breonna Taylor, like so many others, deserves justice. We must all come together to demand change. Continue to educate yourself, vote, sign petitions, and join the movement. Continue to say her name.
Understand something... there is NO and I repeat, NO grey area when it comes to racism. How it was in the past and present. Saying that should not be hard to do. If you struggle with that simple concept, I advise you to look within. There's no blessing about THAT.
