President Tinubu has acted ultra virse, violating the democratic constitution he swore to protect by suspended the governor, deputy governor, the house of assembly and appoint military administrator. Our constitution does not provide for appointment of military administrators

While the President may have the power to declare a state of emergency in any part of Nigeria by the provision of section 305 of the 1999 Constitution, he however lacks the power to suspend the Governor, his Deputy or the House of Assembly and Appoint a military Administrator.
