Did a lot of research around multiple choice and the use of “distractors” and the impact on outcomes with differing attainment groups. It didn’t come out well for our kind of kids at the time.

I dont use MWBs ... they arent for me.

I get that people think they are assessing a whole class at a glance. I dont think i got that when I used them. Maybe I was using them wrongly
